I had a premium membership for a year merely to download a few PQs to test the process. I keep thinking Topo would be really good for something, just not anything I need to do.ĭisclaimers: I am a Delorme Topo fan who lurks on Groundspeak Forums occasionally, but does not actively geocache. I was only using Topo to download PN space images while I had the free map subscription, but even then I copied the maps manually to the GPSr. And, too often, what it decided to do wasn't at all what I want it to do. I tried using 8 and 9 to manage my PN-40 and PN-60, and everytime I clicked the button, I never really knew what it was going to do. I've never used GSAK for that, but my understanding is that it should work as well for PNs as anything else - and I hear it works pretty well - now that the PNs support copying files (as of 2 years ago). I've always just copied the GPX files manually, although GSAK will probably do a better job for you. I feel for you, I really do, but I have to laugh at the download button going to a page describing a workaround.

The download link goes to a page with the info in the OP and goes on with instructions how to load up PQs with Topo.
